I'm having a hard time maintaining a good mental health for my second baby. I cried a lot and my partner keeps adding fuel in my depression... Luckily my baby is doing well maybe coz it keeps on showing constant movement since I enter 16 weeks and I'm nervous that's why I keep searching here in internet if the movements of my baby is still normal hehe

My obgyn reassured me that back sleeping was fine for me at 28 weeks and on as long as I put a pillow under my back. I tend to use pillows and blankets to keep me sleeping at a 40 degree incline on my back. Every person is different though so checking with your own doctor is important
